I not only achieved MQL’s targets but consistently exceeded them year by year. This resulted in remarkable year-to-year growth, including:
- 313% increase in opportunities in 2018 (vs. 2017)
- 52% growth in 2019,
- 18% in 2020,
- 13% in both 2021 and 2022.
Customizes marketing support as a fractional manager for an engineering software house.
QuickerSim is an engineering software house with the agile approach in its DNA and needed resilient adaptive marketer on demand. We have been cooperating since 2 years, during which I regularly conduct for them:
- LinkedIn lead gen campaigns: 5-16 leads/monthly,
- webinars: 40-406 registrants/event,
- website management: refurbishment of the main English website and creating Polish version.
Marketing assistance for a Swedish company to support their brand and product awareness on the Polish market.
I supported a Swedish company specializing in materials for HVAC sector with their market entry into Poland. Leveraging my expertise in marketing and communication, I implemented LinkedIn campaigns to build brand on the local market (0-676 followers organically). Regular nurturing the company audience (distributors and installers) with e-mail campaigns (open rate: 30-42%) enhanced their go-to-market efforts and improved sales performance.

I created and executed a marketing strategy focused on clear communication of their solutions. The strategy included:
- rebranding process: new logo and visuals,
- website redesign, improving UI/UX to effectively showcase the engineering solutions,
- creating case studies in order to build start-up credibility (‘social proof’),
- website content management,
